Ingredients

  • 1 pound coleslaw mix
  • 3 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 red bell pepper chopped
  • 1 red onion chopped
  • ? cup green onions chopped
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 pack ramen noodles crushed, seasoning discarded
  • 1 cup Ginger salad dressing of your choice

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to a large bowl. 
  • Pour dressing over the salad. Mix thoroughly. Enjoy!

Notes

Cilantro is optional, but it definitely adds extra flavor!
