- Bag of slaw mix 16 oz
- Medium apple I used Honeycrisp, cubed
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ? cup green onions sliced
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp dijon mustard
- ¼ tsp pepper
- ¼ tsp salt
In a medium mixing bowl add the slaw, apple, dried cranberries, pecans, and green onions. Set aside
In a small bowl whisk together the vinegar, oil, honey, mustard, pepper, and salt.
Dump the dressing over the slaw mix. Eat immediately or refrigerate for a deeper flavor.
