- ¼ cup oil (vegetable, olive or avocado)
- 1 pound fresh Green Beans washed and trimmed*
- 4 small cloves of Garlic minced
- 1 Tablespoon dried Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Salt
Over medium heat, in a nonstick skillet, heat the oil; add the green beans, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, and salt. Stir to combine well.
Cover the green beans with a lid and bring the temperature down to low. Cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
