  • Line a 9 x 13 casserole dish with parchment paper or oil it well.
  • In a medium saucepan heat the sugar and corn syrup. When the mixture comes to a simmer remove it from the heat and pour in the peanut butter, mix well.
  • Pour the mixture over the rice krispies in a large bowl and mix well. Use a silicone spatula to prevent sticking.
  • Press the cereal mixture into the lined casserole dish.
  • Melt the chocolate chips and butterscotch chips together in the microwave in 20-30 second increments, stirring between.
  • Spread the mixture over the pressed cereal and let set at room temperature for about an hour.
  • Cut and enjoy!
