Ingredients

  • 16 oz Colby jack cheese cubed
  • 8 oz pepper jack cheese cubed
  • Green and red grapes
  • Brie for the star
  • 24 oz dry salami
  • Crackers of choice
  • Rosemary sage, and cranberries for garnishing

Instructions

  • Cut the brie into a star shape and cut the cheeses and slice meats thinly.
  • Starting at the bottom, layer grapes, cubes of cheese, sliced meat, and crackers then repeat till you have a tree shape.
  • Add fresh herbs and cranberries for pops of color. Add brie star to the top and crackers for a tree stem.
  • Enjoy!
