- 16 oz Colby jack cheese cubed
- 8 oz pepper jack cheese cubed
- Green and red grapes
- Brie for the star
- 24 oz dry salami
- Crackers of choice
- Rosemary sage, and cranberries for garnishing
Cut the brie into a star shape and cut the cheeses and slice meats thinly.
Starting at the bottom, layer grapes, cubes of cheese, sliced meat, and crackers then repeat till you have a tree shape.
Add fresh herbs and cranberries for pops of color. Add brie star to the top and crackers for a tree stem.
