Baked Breaded Pork Chops

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease it.
  • Coat each pork chop in flour, then dip into the egg mixture, then press into the panko until fully coated.
  • Place on baking sheet and drizzle or spray lightly with oil or butter.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  • Let rest 3–5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use panko for extra crispiness
  • Don’t skip flipping for even browning
  • Lightly oiling the coating helps it crisp in the oven
  • For extra crunch, broil 1–2 minutes at the end
  • Let pork rest before serving for juicier results
