Get Recipe Ingredients
Cupcakes:
Preheat oven to 350.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, the ingredients needed for your box mix (see back or side of box), pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice.
Beat until blended.
Line muffin pan with paper liners.
Fill each liner 2/3 full of batter.
Bake 18-22 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Allow to cool.
Frosting:
Beat cream cheese, butter, and vanilla until well blended.
Slowly beat in powdered sugar.
Transfer frosting to piping bag and frost each cupcake.
