Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 lb sirloin steak
  • 1 tbsp cajun seasoning start with 1 tsp and adjust to taste if using store-bought
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 6 cloves garlic diced
  • 1 shallot diced
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined

Instructions

  • In a bowl, toss steak cubes in cajun seasoning.
  • In a large skillet, heat butter on medium high until foamy.
  • Add in steak and brown quickly, stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in bell pepper and cook until soft, about 3 minutes.
  • Stir in shallots and garlic and cook to soft and fragrant, about 3 minutes.
  • Stir in shrimp and cook until opaque bright white and pink.
  • Serve immediately.
