- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 lb sirloin steak
- 1 tbsp cajun seasoning start with 1 tsp and adjust to taste if using store-bought
- 1 bell pepper diced
- 6 cloves garlic diced
- 1 shallot diced
- 1 lb shrimp peeled and deveined
In a bowl, toss steak cubes in cajun seasoning.
In a large skillet, heat butter on medium high until foamy.
Add in steak and brown quickly, stirring occasionally.
Stir in bell pepper and cook until soft, about 3 minutes.
Stir in shallots and garlic and cook to soft and fragrant, about 3 minutes.
Stir in shrimp and cook until opaque bright white and pink.
Serve immediately.
