- 2 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups chicken breast with fajita seasoning cubed
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 12 oz black beans
- ¼ cup radishes chopped
- ¼ cup tomatoes chopped
- ¼ cup red onion chopped
- ½ cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- ¼ cup romaine lettuce chopped
- 1 lime
- Optional Add Ons: salsa, corn, avocados, or fajita veggies

Pour olive oil on a low heated pan. Place cubed chicken into the pan, and cover for about 10 minutes. Flip every few minutes. Check on chicken, turn the heat up for a couple minutes until the internal temp is 165ºF.
While this is covered wash and chop veggies
Put cooked rice at the base in the bowl you are eating out of and then add the rest of the toppings.
Once your bowl is built, enjoy!
