MagJo Naturals, Whole Dried Juniper Berries, Wild-Crafted, Bulk Whole Juniper Berry 1 lb Packaged in the USA, great for gin, herbal infusion, cooking meat, seasoning beef, pork, turkey brine, soups, syrups and tea, wildcrafted (1 POUND package)
- 2-4 sticks cinnamon
- 1 lemon sliced
- 1 apple sliced
- 1 tablespoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 tablespoon nutmeg ground
- a few sprigs thyme and rosemary
- optional other herbs: juniper seeds
- Water
- optional: splash of vanilla
Add slices of citrus to crock pot with herbs and spices.
Set crock pot to high until fragrant.
Reduce to low or warm to keep smell going throughout day. Add more water as needed if it cooks off.
