Delicious spiced potpourri that will fill your home with warming holiday fragrances right from a crock pot! While technically edible, this is not a recipe to be consumed - it is for fragrance only.

- MagJo Naturals, Whole Dried Juniper Berries, Wild-Crafted, Bulk Whole Juniper Berry 1 lb Packaged in the USA, great for gin, herbal infusion, cooking meat, seasoning beef, pork, turkey brine, soups, syrups and tea, wildcrafted (1 POUND package) 
- 2-4 sticks cinnamon
- 1 lemon sliced
- 1 apple sliced
- 1 tablespoon cloves
- 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 tablespoon nutmeg ground
- a few sprigs thyme and rosemary
- optional other herbs: juniper seeds
- Water
- optional: splash of vanilla
- Add slices of citrus to crock pot with herbs and spices. 
- Set crock pot to high until fragrant. 
- Reduce to low or warm to keep smell going throughout day. Add more water as needed if it cooks off.
