Ingredients

  • 2-4 sticks cinnamon
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1 apple sliced
  • 1 tablespoon cloves
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 1 tablespoon nutmeg ground
  • a few sprigs thyme and rosemary
  • optional other herbs: juniper seeds
  • Water
  • optional: splash of vanilla

Instructions

  • Add slices of citrus to crock pot with herbs and spices.
  • Set crock pot to high until fragrant.
  • Reduce to low or warm to keep smell going throughout day. Add more water as needed if it cooks off.
