Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it up, until fully browned. Drain excess grease if needed.
Season the beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika. Stir to combine and remove from heat. Let cool slightly.
Warm tortillas briefly so they’re soft and easy to roll.
Spread burger sauce down the center of each tortilla. Add seasoned beef, shredded cheese, and iceberg lettuce.
Fold in the sides and roll tightly into wraps.
Optional: Place in pan and briefly heat each side.
Slice in half and serve immediately.

Let the beef cool slightly before assembling to keep the lettuce crisp.
