Wings

Honey Sauce

Instructions

  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F. Blot Chicken Wings dry with a paper towel. Separate the chicken wing flats and drumettes at the joint with a sharp knife.
  • In a large bowl, mix together 1 tbsp Oil, 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder, 1 tsp Salt, and 1/4 tsp Pepper, and stir. Place 2lbs wings in bowl and toss with spice mixture until coated. Sprinkle 3 tbsp Cornstarch over Wings and toss to thoroughly coat.
Hands tossing raw chicken wings glazed with honey and garlic in a glass bowl, on a white wooden surface with a striped cloth nearby.
  • Place the seasoned Chicken Wings in the pre headed air fryer basket, skin side down, Wings not touching.
Raw chicken wings on a black grill pan with a hand using tongs to place one piece, set on a light wooden surface with a striped cloth nearby, exude an inviting aroma of garlic.
  • Close the air fryer and bake Wings for 10 minutes. Flip the Wings and spray with olive oil spray (if desired, I dont), and cook for another 8 minutes, until they appear golden brown (should reach 185°F internal temperature).
A hand holding green tongs lifts a crispy piece of fried chicken wings from an air fryer filled with delicious pieces. A white and black striped cloth is visible beside the air fryer, hinting at the perfect blend of honey and garlic seasoning.
  • While Wings are cooking, mince 4 cloves Garlic and chop Parsley. Set aside. In a medium size pan, add 2 tablespoons Butter and melt on medium heat. Add minced Garlic and sauté for about 1 minute.
  • Add in 1/2 cup Honey and 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce and stir while it simmers, for about 3 minutes. Sauce will thicken. Remove from heat and set aside.
Hand pouring honey from a small white cup into a skillet with chopped garlic and a rich brown liquid. Striped cloth and empty cup sit nearby on the white wooden surface, ready for cooking magic.
  • Remove Wings from air fryer when done, and add to Honey Sauce, and toss cooked wings to coat. Remove to serving plate or tray.
Two hands mix honey-glazed chicken wings in a glass bowl with metal tongs on a white wooden surface. A striped cloth is partially visible in the top right corner, hinting at the tantalizing aroma of garlic mingling with marinated flavors.
  • Garnish with chopped Parsley, chopped green onion, or your favorite garnish. Serve with ranch Dressing to dip, or your favorite sauce, along with your favorite sides and snacks.
Close-up of three succulent chicken wings glazed with honey and garlic, garnished with parsley on a plate, accompanied by lime wedges and additional parsley.
  • Enjoy!
