  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease it.
  • Set Up Dredging Station
  • Dredge the Pork Chops
  • Coat each pork chop in milk, then flour, then dip into the egg mixture, then press into the panko until fully coated.
  • Place on baking sheet and drizzle or spray lightly with oil or butter.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 145°F.
  • Let rest 3–5 minutes before serving.
