Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease it.

Dredge the Pork Chops
Coat each pork chop in milk, then flour, then dip into the egg mixture, then press into the panko until fully coated.
Place on baking sheet and drizzle or spray lightly with oil or butter.
Bake for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 145°F.
Let rest 3–5 minutes before serving.
