Pear and Gin Fizz Cocktail

Delicious pear infused gin packed fizzy cocktail is perfect for any summer evening!

Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 4 ounces gin
  • 4 ounces pear juice
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 4 ounces tonic water
  • Pear slices
  • Thyme sprigs

Instructions

  • Half fill glasses with ice.
  • Pour the gin, pear juice and lemon juice over the ice. Stir with a swizzle stick.
  • Top up with tonic water.
  • Add pear slices and thyme sprigs as garnish.

Notes

• You can substitute the pear juice with pear syrup however you will need to reduce the amount to 1 ounce.
• The tonic water can be substituted with soda water or lemonade.
• The thyme can be substituted with rosemary.
• To get the decorative pear slices we used a sharp knife to cut a thin slice from middle section either side of the stem.
