  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  • In a small bowl mix soy sauce and herb pastes well with rice wine. Add the flounder and allow to marinate for 15-20 minutes.
  • Place the fish filets on the foil, fold foil to make a pouch.
  • Bake at 350 degrees 15 minutes, until fish is opaque.
  • Serve immediately, top with diced scallions (green onions) if desired.
