Tender, lightly spicy, smoky ribs are packed with Middle Eastern spices. These ribs can be cooked in the oven in foil for a simple dinner with an easy cleanup.

You will need: Rack of Sibs Olive oil Shawarma spices

Mix the spices in a small bowl. Season the ribs and dizzle with oil

Wrap in tin foil and bake at low temp for 2.5 or 3 hours till tender.

Broil for a few minutes in the oven to add some crisp.
