Cabbage and Sausage

– butter – white onion – garlic – cabbage – Celtic sea salt – polska kielbasa

Melt butter and sauté onion until soft and transparent.

Add garlic to pan, and sauté until fragrant, then add cabbage.

Let cabbage reduce and then add sliced cabbage. Reduce further.

A perfect one pot meal on the table in 20 minutes!
