Crab spring rolls are a crispy and light appetizer, filled with tender crab meat, fresh vegetables, and aromatic herbs, served with a tangy dipping sauce.

You will need: Rice wrappers Vermicelli rice noodles Mangos Carrot Cucumber Crab leg Meat Cilantro, basil, and mint Peanut Sauce Ingredients

Cook noodles and place rice wrapper in water for 10 seconds. Then remove from water and place filling inside.

Roll in sides then roll front to back. Set aside and repeat with remaining ingredients.

Combine peanut sauce ingredients and blend till smooth.

Dip spring rolls in the sauce and enjoy fresh!

Keep wrapped individually in plastic wrap till ready to serve.
