garlic powder onion powder paprika chili powder kosher salt coarse ground black pepper brown sugar

A delicious rub

beer apple cider vinegar beef stock melted butter

Baste Ingredients

Gather all the ingredients for the rub.

Mix the rub ingredients and coat the brisket.

Smoke until internal temperature hits 120 degrees.

Double wrap in foil, add baste and smoke for about 3 more hours.

Let rest and slice against the grain

Serve with your favorite sauce
