Love the taste of brisket but don't have all day to wait? Try this method to speed the process while retaining all the juicy brisket flavor.

Hot and fast brisket

brisket garlic powder onion powder paprika chili powder salt  pepper brown sugar

Trim brisket and rub with your preferred seasoning

Season aggressively

Prepare smoker and then grill brisket to 160 - 170 degrees.

Wrap brisket in paper

Wrap brisket in paper and replace onto the smoker, cooking until 205 - 210 degrees. Rest.

Unwrap and cut to serve.
