Pan-fried cod is a simple yet elegant dish, boasting a golden, crispy exterior with a tender and flaky interior, often seasoned to perfection and served with a squeeze of fresh lemon for added zest.

Pan Fried Cod

You will need: Cod Filets Salt and Pepper Flour Olive oil Butter Garlic Lemon Parsley Basil Microgreens

Pat fish, season and coat in flour.

Heat oil in a skillet to medium high heat. Cook 3-4 minutes on each side.

Flip and finish. Melt butter in a skillet. Add garlic and cook till fragrant.

Stir lemon, parsley, and basil into the butter.

Spoon butter herb mix over the fish and top with microgreens.
