Reverse-seared leg of lamb is a culinary delight, where the meat is slowly cooked to perfection before receiving a final sear, resulting in a beautifully tender interior and a crispy, golden exterior.

You will need: Oil Leg of Lamb Coarse salt Italian Herbs Garlic

Make slits with a knife and push garlic into them.

Combine oil and herbs. Rub lamb all over.  Sear in hot oil till browned on all sides

Roast lamb in 275 degree oven for 1.5 to 2 hours. Let rest at least 15 minutes
