This slow cooker turkey stock imparts a rich, savory depth with undertones of roasted meatiness, serving as a foundational flavor for numerous dishes.

You will need: Turkey Carcass Carrots Celery Bay leaves Yellow onion Salt and Pepper Thyme Garlic cloves Water

Place all ingredients into slow cooker cover in water and cook on low at least 10 hours

Add a colander over a bowl in the sink, pour the stock into the colander to seperate the meat.

Place the stock in a jar and refridgerate or package and freeze till needed

Save the turkey meat for turkey noodle soup!

Perfect every time! IT will be gelatinized when cooled since it has bone broth!
