Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb shrimp peeled and de-veined
  • 1 tsp salt celtic sea
  • ¼ cup garlic diced
  • 1 ½ tbsp chili sauce
  • 3 tbsp butter cut into cubes
  • ¼ cup parsley diced
  • 1 lemon sliced

Instructions

  • In large pan, heat olive oil on medium high until shimmery. 
  • Add shrimp to pan. 
  • Season with salt if desired (if using salted butter, you'll want to wait until the butter has been added to taste the sauce and make sure it's not too salty). 
  • Toss shrimp to prevent sticking, and cook evenly. 
  • Add garlic and butter and stir. 
  • When garlic is soft and fragrant, about 3 minutes with occasional stirring to prevent burning, add lemons and chili paste and stir to mix. 
  • Toss to coat shrimp evenly with chili and butter sauce. 
  • When shrimp is just opaque and no longer grey, it is cooked. Do not overcook! 
  • Remove from heat and serve immediately over pasta, rice, vegetables, or on it's own!
