orange marmalade

Bar-b-que sauce

chili paste

large onion
diced

bell pepper

Green onions
sliced
Salt and Pepper
to taste
Instructions
Dice chicken into 2" chunks
Place the chicken, bell pepper, and onion in the slow cooker.
Cook on high for 2 hours or low for 4.
After about 2 hours of cooking, drain off any excess liquid.
Add in marmalade, bbq sauce and chili paste, continue cooking until sauce thickens, about 2 hours on high, 4 on low.
Serve with rice and enjoy!
