Instructions
Combine the oil, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Add the beans, bell pepper, onion, zucchini, and red cabbage.
Toss to combine, taste and adjust seasoning, add more salt if needed.
Enjoy at room temperature or chilled.
