Ingredients

leftover pizza- any topping
gluten free fine

butter or oil
Instructions
Crack eggs and place in large bowl.
Whisk until fully combined and slightly frothy.
Microwave pizza slices for 10 seconds just to soften up cheese.
Using a fork or your fingers, scrape toppings and cheese off pizza.
Stir in to eggs, whisk to completely combine.
In a hot pan on medium high, melt butter.
Add egg combination, and stir until fully cooked- about 6-10 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
