Pizza Eggs
These delicious pizza eggs are my go-to method of using up pizza for breakfast the day after a party! Yum!

Melt butter over medium heat in a nonstick skillet and heat till bubbly.
Break the 3 eggs in the skillet and let cook a few seconds until the eggs start to turn white. This forms the base of the "pizza."
Spoon the marinara sauce between the egg yolks then top with shredded mozzarella.
Place a lid on the skillet for a couple minutes to cook the eggs and melt the cheese. You can remove the lid to tap the yokes to check their doneness, cooking times may vary depending how you like your eggs.
Take off the lid and add the pepperoni. Place under the broiler to brown the cheese if you want.
Top with a pinch of salt and pepper (to taste) and sliced fresh basil and enjoy!
