trimmed of excess fat (diced or whole)

large round of pre-cooked polska kielbasa

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large dutch oven, add chicken, sausage, olives and lemons.
Bake until chicken is cooked through- about 45 minutes.
Cut sausage and chicken and portion, serve hot!
