Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts trimmed of excess fat (diced or whole)
  • 1 large round of pre-cooked polska kielbasa
  • 5.75 oz jar olives and peppers
  • 1 lemon sliced into thin rounds

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a large dutch oven, add chicken, sausage, olives and lemons.
  • Bake until chicken is cooked through- about 45 minutes.
  • Cut sausage and chicken and portion, serve hot!
