- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 lbs Chicken 2 breasts, sliced thin
- 1 bell pepper sliced into strips
- 1 onion halved and sliced into thin crescents
- 2 tbsp taco seasoning
- 1 lime - 1/2 juiced, 1/2 sliced into thin rounds
- 12 cloves garlic
Preheat oven to 425 degrees, with heavy cast iron pan in the oven.
When pan is hot, add oil and ingredients and toss in taco mix.
Toss well.
Bake at 425 15-20 minutes, until chicken is opaque and 165 degrees internally.
Serve immediately with beans and rice, in tortillas, or on a salad with cheese!
