Ingredients

  • 1 cinnamon rolls can jumbo , 5 rolls
  • 1 gala apple 2 small apples, peeled and sliced into thin wedges.
  • 6 oz butter chopped into small bits
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup oatmeal

Instructions

  • In a large silicone baking dish, add cinnamon rolls and press down to flatten and make a base.
  • Peel apple and slice into thin wedges.
  • Lay apple wedges into a circle on top of cinnamon roll crust.
  • In a small bowl, mix oatmeal, butter, and sugar with hands.
  • Crumble oatmeal mixture over apples and cinnamon roll base.
  • Bake 20 minutes, until sides are browned well and crumble on top has nicely browned.
  • Let cool slightly.
  • Drizzle icing from cinnamon roll package on top of crumble.
  • Serve immediately.
