- 1 bottle pinot gris or other light white wine
- 1 bottle Prosecco chilled
- 3 cups Orange juice
- 1 cup pineapple chopped

Wash and cut fruit. Cut pineapple into ½” cubes, slice strawberries thin, and cut orange and blood orange into 1 cm slices.
Add pineapple, strawberries, orange and blood orange slices to a pitcher.
Press fruit lightly with back of a spoon to help release more flavor.
Pour Amaretto and wine (not sparkling wine) into the pitcher.
Let sit, chilled, for at least 30 minutes.
Slowly add the prosecco. Once the bubbles settle, pour in the orange juice.
Stir gently with a spoon. Serve in flutes with a strawberry garnish.
Enjoy!
