Easy Sangria Mimosas Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 oz Amaretto
  • 1 bottle pinot gris or other light white wine
  • 1 bottle Prosecco chilled
  • 3 cups Orange juice
  • 1 cup pineapple chopped
  • ½ cup strawberries sliced
  • 1 orange sliced
  • 1 blood orange sliced

Instructions

  • Wash and cut fruit. Cut pineapple into ½” cubes, slice strawberries thin, and cut orange and blood orange into 1 cm slices. 
  • Add pineapple, strawberries, orange and blood orange slices to a pitcher. 
  • Press fruit lightly with back of a spoon to help release more flavor.
  • Pour Amaretto and wine (not sparkling wine) into the pitcher.
  • Let sit, chilled, for at least 30 minutes.
  • Slowly add the prosecco. Once the bubbles settle, pour in the orange juice. 
  • Stir gently with a spoon. Serve in flutes with a strawberry garnish.
  • Enjoy!
