- 1 can chickpeas drained and patted dry
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon pepper herbs
Drain chickpeas well in a colander.
Pat dry with paper towels.
Toss chickpeas in oil and seasoning.
Preheat air fryer to highest heat at least 5 minutes.
Spray air fryer basket with a bit of nonstick cooking spray or olive oil.
Add chickpeas to fryer basket.
Cook 15 minutes, until desired crispiness. Shake basket every 5 minutes to help evenly crisp.
