How To Air Fry Chickpeas

Air frying chickpeas is super simple – but there are a couple tips and tricks to make your garbanzo beans come out perfect, every time.

  • Drain chickpeas in a colander, and pat dry with a paper towel. To get crispy, crunchy chickpeas, this step is essential so oil can stick to the outside of chickpeas.
  • Toss chickpeas in oil and spices in a bowl or plastic bag to evenly coat for the best flavor and even cooking.

Tips and Tricks to Perfect Air fried Chickpeas

Are Chickpeas Garbanzo Beans. Chickpeas and garbanzo beans are the exact same thing. The name garbanzo bean is a Spanish name for chickpeas. Some brands will label them chickpeas, some will label as garbanzo beans – they are both the same tasty bean!
