Air frying chickpeas is super simple – but there are a couple tips and tricks to make your garbanzo beans come out perfect, every time.

  • Drain chickpeas in a colander, and pat dry with a paper towel. To get crispy, crunchy chickpeas, this step is essential so oil can stick to the outside of chickpeas.
  • Toss chickpeas in oil and spices in a bowl or plastic bag to evenly coat for the best flavor and even cooking.

Tips and Tricks to Perfect Air fried Chickpeas
