Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon ground coriander
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon chipotle chili pepper powder

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine all the spices.
  • Mix well until all the spices are evenly combined.
  • Taste the seasoning blend and adjust the amount of cayenne pepper according to your preferred level of spiciness. Add more for extra heat or reduce for a milder flavor.
  • Use the chicken taco seasoning immediately or store it in an airtight container for later use.
