Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
Cut the broccoli into florets and add them to a large bowl with the olive oil, garlic paste, salt, pepper, and paprika and massage the oil and seasonings into the broccoli with your hands.
Spread the broccoli out on a large baking sheet and bake for 18 to 20 minutes until the large pieces are fork-tender.
Remove from the oven and transfer to a bowl to toss with lemon juice and parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
