Ingredients

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray a rimmed half sheet pan with nonstick spray.
  • Whisk the eggs, milk, salt, garlic salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl. Pour the mixture onto the sheet pan. Bake for 18-22 minutes until the eggs are set. Allow the eggs to cool. Using a round cookie cutter approximately the same size as the English muffins, cut out 12 circles.
  • Cut the English muffins in half and place them onto a sheet pan. Brush the muffin with the butter. Place them under the broiler for 1-3 minutes until golden brown.
  • Place the egg rounds onto the bottoms of the English muffins. Top the egg with a slice of cheese and a slice of meat. Place the top of the muffin onto each sandwich.
  • Wrap each sandwich in parchment paper and place them inside a large freezer-safe Ziploc bag, then transfer the sandwiches to the freezer.
  • When you want to cook your frozen sandwich, microwave for 3 minutes until the sandwich is warmed.
