French Fry Nachos

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 
- Lay frozen fries on baking sheet and cook until crispy. 
- While fries are cooking, heat a pan on the stovetop to medium and brown the ground beef.  
- Drain the ground beef and set the beef aside.  
- Add diced onion and peppers to the hot pan, cook 4-5 minutes until browned. 
- Return the ground beef to the pan and add taco seasoning and about 2 tbsp of water. Simmer 3-4 minutes till well combined.  
- Remove fries from oven when just under crispy. 
- Layer the beef and vegetable taco seasoned mixture over the fries. 
- Sprinkle with the shredded cheese and fresh jalapeños. 
- Return to oven, cook until cheese is melted. 
- Top with tomatoes, sour cream, and guacamole. Enjoy!
