French Fry Nachos

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Lay frozen fries on baking sheet and cook until crispy.
  • While fries are cooking, heat a pan on the stovetop to medium and brown the ground beef.
  • Drain the ground beef and set the beef aside.
  • Add diced onion and peppers to the hot pan, cook 4-5 minutes until browned.
  • Return the ground beef to the pan and add taco seasoning and about 2 tbsp of water. Simmer 3-4 minutes till well combined.
  • Remove fries from oven when just under crispy.
  • Layer the beef and vegetable taco seasoned mixture over the fries.
  • Sprinkle with the shredded cheese and fresh jalapeños.
  • Return to oven, cook until cheese is melted.
  • Top with tomatoes, sour cream, and guacamole. Enjoy!
