Pasta Chips and Tangy Feta Dip

  • Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta till al dente. Drain well.
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss the pasta with the olive oil, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and garlic salt - ensuring an even coating on the individual pieces of pasta.
  • Using your air fryer, air fry the pasta at 400 degrees until crispy - about 12 - 15 minutes. 
  • If your air fyer basket is small, work in batches so you don’t overfill the air fryer. This will allow uniform crispiness for all your pasta chips.
  • To make the dipping sauce. Add the feta, yogurt, garlic clove, and olive oil to a blender or food processor (you can use a stick blender if you have one of those, too). Blend until smooth, thick and creamy.
