Get Recipe Ingredients
Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta till al dente. Drain well.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the pasta with the olive oil, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder and garlic salt - ensuring an even coating on the individual pieces of pasta.
Using your air fryer, air fry the pasta at 400 degrees until crispy - about 12 - 15 minutes.
If your air fyer basket is small, work in batches so you don’t overfill the air fryer. This will allow uniform crispiness for all your pasta chips.
To make the dipping sauce. Add the feta, yogurt, garlic clove, and olive oil to a blender or food processor (you can use a stick blender if you have one of those, too). Blend until smooth, thick and creamy.
