Prepare slow cooker interior by spraying with olive oil cooking spray.
Place chicken wings in slow cooker.
Add rest of ingredients, toss to evenly coat wings.
Cook HIGH in the slow cooker for 2.5-3 hours or low 4-6 hours.
You will know the chicken is done when the internal temperature reaches 165° Fahrenheit.
Optional: broil for 3-5 minutes per side when finished to give extra crunch.
Thicken leftover sauce on stovetop and toss wings in itt just before serving.
