We’re huge Denver Broncos fans in this house. We’ve been bleeding blue and orange for a long time! We also love to tailgate for the Colorado State Rams- my husband and I both went to CSU and our kids love Cam the Ram. We’re blessed to have such awesome teams to cheer for in Colorado- and we love to make delicious, fun food when we watch games to really get in the mood!
Not every cup is a SOLO cup- SOLO square plates and squared cups are super durable and sturdy, which makes a big difference for us when we are out celebrating. It can be easy to get bumped, have things spill, or a variety of other issues.
SOLO cups are sturdy and come in fun, vibrant colors that help get the party started- and can match your favorite teams! They also have fun MY SOLO cups where you can peel the label or scratch your own mark on your cup- great for big parties. SOLO also has clear cups and Ultra Cups in tons of colors!
a sourdough boule or unsliced loaf of bread
a sharp knife
5-8 oz of sharp cheddar, cut into thin slices
2 tbsp garlic powder + 3 cloves fresh garlic, diced very fine
1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, to top chives, to garnish
Score cuts into the bread bowl, being careful not to cut all the way through the bread- the bottom should all be in tact.
Slide slices of cheddar into the slits you made in the bread.
Sprinkle garlic powder and fresh diced garlic into the slits in the bread as well.
Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 until cheese is melted.
If serving at a tailgate, pull bread out when cheese is melted, but before browned. Wrap in foil and bring to the big game- and then toss on a grill or stove for a few minutes (in the foil) to reheat, melt the cheese and brown it just slightly.
Plate on SOLO square plates and enjoy!

This looks awesome! Anything covered in cheese is my kind of food 🙂
