Sweet Potatoes

Sweet potatoes are a wonderful vegetable with a creamy texture and slightly sweet earthy flavor. On the everyday I enjoy salted sweet potato and mashed sweet potatoes. Around the holidays I love sweet potato casserole or sweet potato and apple bake.
