This Chilean Sea Bass with a caper lemon butter sauce is easy to make at home but will make you feel like you're in a fancy restaurant! 

Delicious Sea Bass

Chilean sea bass filets Butter Fresh squeezed lemon juice Capers Shallot Garlic Italian Herbs Celtic sea salt Freshly cracked black pepper

Simple ingredients

Pan fry and crisp the Chilean Sea Bass in a pan with butter

Using the remaining butter, sauté garlic, shallot, lemon juice and capers

Continue simmering the sauce until garlic and shallot are soft

Spoon sauce over the fish and serve.

Eat!
