Jumbo Double chocolate chunk muffins

Delicious, fluffy and moist double chocolate chunk muffins are bursting with chocolate flavor – and tons of chunks of chocolate in every bite!

Double chocolate chunk

– all purpose flour – cocoa powder – baking powder – baking soda – sea salt – sugar – eggs – unsalted butter melted – plain yogurt or buttermilk – vanilla extract – chocolate chunks

Mix together dry ingredients and then create a well and mix wet ingredients.

Using a large spoon, mix batter until no lumps remain. Allow batter to rest at least an hour and up to overnight.

Bake at 425 for 6 - 8 minutes then reduce temperature to 350 for 25 - 30 minutes.

Puffy, moist, and perfect!
