Lobster Pasta Busara is a luxurious dish, blending tender lobster meat with al dente pasta in a rich, aromatic tomato and garlic sauce, inspired by the flavors of the Mediterranean coast.

You will need: Whole Lobsters Olive oil Garlic Onion Red Pepper Flakes Tomatoes Dry White wine Saffron Parsley Salt and Pepper Fettuccine

Sauté garlic, onion, and red pepper flakes in oil till fragrant

Add lobsters to the pot.

Add white wine, tomatoes, half the parsley, saffron, salt and pepper

Cook pasta and add it and rest of parsley when lobster is cooked.

Serve the lobster alongside the pasta. Enjoy!
