• Cigánska Perienka: This street food specialty is a must-try. Cigánska perienka is a tender piece of marinated pork or chicken served in a bun with onions, mustard, and garlic sauce. It’s hearty, flavorful, and perfect for cold winter nights.
• Kapustnica: A traditional Slovakian soup made with sauerkraut, smoked sausage, and dried mushrooms, kapustnica is a comforting dish that is often enjoyed during the holiday season. It’s a warming, savory treat that perfectly complements the chilly weather.
