These easy keto chaffles are loaded with everything bagel flavor, have a little bit of a bready texture, and are made of just eggs and cheese!
You can use these keto waffles as slices of bread, a delicious breakfast with cream cheese and onions, or even as sandwich buns.
Easy Everything Bagel Seasoning Recipe
One of my all time favorite recipes on my site is my Keto Everything Bagel Recipe – I love the flavors of Everything Bagel Seasonings with cheese – so it’s no wonder these chaffles have quickly become some of my favorite new things to eat on a low carb diet.

If youโd like to make your own everything bagel seasoning recipe, it is incredibly simple!
Homemade everything bagel seasoning is great on seafood, vegetables, beef, eggs โ and it makes a really fun Christmas gift.
To make your own everything bagel seasoning, you need:
- Poppy Seeds.
- Sesame Seeds.
- Black Sesame Seeds.
- Minced Dried Garlic.
- Minced Dried Onion.
- Flaked Sea Salt.
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients well.
Add seasoning mix to a spice shaker and store in a cool, dry place.
What is a Chaffle?
Chaffles are all over the internet lately if you follow a keto diet – because they have a delicious bread like texture without any grains or gluten.
The secret to chaffles?
It is just egg + cheese!
Eggs, parmesan, and mozzarella (or other cheeses that melt well) are all you need for a lovely bread like waffle that can bee savory or sweet – as a replacement to morning waffles, as a hamburger bun or bread replacement, or on it’s own as a delicious snack!
Chaffles are irresistible – and so easy to flavor any way you’d like.
They are filling, hearty, and not overly greasy – and don’t taste very eggy.

Best Waffle Maker For Chaffles
Picking out a waffle maker that will work well with cheese (and other non-flour ingredients) can be tricky – but if you find a great no-mess nonstick waffle maker, it will work perfectly!
I prefer smaller square waffles that are square and more bread-like – but a lot of people like circular waffles more similar to a hamburger bun.

- 2 Eggs
- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese

Easy Everything Chaffles Recipe
Equipment

Ingredients
- 1 cup shredded cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, any kind of cheese that melts well.
- ยฝ cup grated parmesan, or asiago, other hard, dry, grated cheese.
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat waffle maker.
- Combine the shredded cheese and egg in a bowl and mix it until the ingredients are fully combined.
- Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the tops of the egg and cheese mixture.ย
- Prepare waffle iron with a spray of olive oil cooking spray.
- Spoon mixture into heated waffle iron.
- Close waffle iron and cook for 3-4 minutes, until golden brown.
- Serve immediately.

I’m totally confused. This recipe for chaffles is exactly the same as your everything bagel. Carbs for this are exponentially more than the the bagel. The bagel is 6 servings at 3 carbs each, and the chaffel is 4 servings at 15 carbs each. To make the BAGEL recipe 4 servings would result in 1.5 servings of the recipe as listed. 1.5 times 3 is 4.5 carbs. The same recipe, the same portion size, and 4.5 carbs versus 15 carbs. Which is correct??? Protien, fat, etc. none of it figures correctly. How do you go from 4.5 carbs to 15 carbs for the exact same recipe and equivalent serving portion?
Hmm I don’t know why our system would do that, I will look into the issue and correct the figures.
