Microwave Peppermint Cookie Dough Fudge for One is a quick, sweet, and delicious single-serve Christmas treat you’ll love to make when you don’t need a huge platter of fudge!ย
I have never really big a huge fan of single serve desserts- if I am going to go through the trouble of making a dessert, I am going to go ahead and make a big batch, so I can dole it out over time (or, you know, sit down and eat the entire platter in one sitting…. )
I’ve seen so many delicious-looking single serve desserts lately, that I decided to test out some of my own- and this Peppermint Cookie Dough Fudge for One is a huge hit!
It is so delicious, and perfect for nights when you want a sweet treat, but you’re too lazy to mix fudge. All you have to do is microwave in a mug, stir, and chill (or even eat hot)- and dig in! Not much to clean up, no lining with foil, no juggling fridge space for a giant pan of fudge.
I like to make this in a Wilton baking mug from Joann Fabrics- makes cleanup easy and it is small, so it looks like you’re eating more than you really are!
It’s so easy! I like this dessert when my kids are begging for something sweet after dinner but don’t feel like making something complicated- and it comes with the extra bonus of portion control since it’s one serving.
Don’t go thinking this is diet food because it is only for one- it’s still packed with delicious, delicious sugar and butter- but it is helpful to only have a small amount of dessert on hand if your willpower sucks like mine.
This dessert is the perfect treat when you’re snuggled up by the fire and listening to Christmas music– and can be made in under five minutes!
