This zesty Italian pasta salad is one of my go-to recipes for meal prep in summertime since it meets all the criteria. You can mix it up with this recipe by adding different vegetables and trying different dressings with it. This recipe works well with gluten free pasta as well!

Ingredients 

For the Creamy Italian Dressing

  • 1 cup mayo
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes, optional

  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
